CORE BEHAVIORS STEMMING FROM OUR VALUES
I seek understanding of all of my job responsibilities.
I represent information and data accurately and completely.
I take responsibility for closing skills gaps in order to perform my duties.
I own my mistakes, apologize, and make amends.
I do what I say I am going to do.
I take responsibility for our customer’s experience and our community’s experience.
I am both thoughtful and decisive; I keep my head on a swivel actively looking for those who may need help.
I am kind in all of my communication even when it is not reciprocated.
It’s not someone else’s responsibility it is my responsibility; I see and do without hesitation.
I live fully in my boundaries while respecting others boundaries.
I see the best in others and offer them my best.
I operate from an open mindset rather than being conspiratorial.
I show gratitude for my coworkers, additional staff and customers.
I stay out of comparison and competition with my coworkers.
I extend the most generous interpretation possible to the intentions, words, and actions of others.
I find the good in every adversity.
I value play and make time for it.
I make fun of situations and circumstances but not other people.
I practice joy.
I am responsible for the energy I bring to situations so I stay positive.
I talk to you not about you.
When overwhelmed, I ask for help and offer help when others are overwhelmed.
I recognize and congratulate others on their good work.
I lead my team by example.
I treat my coworkers with respect and compassion and respond accordingly.
